Our logo is inspired by the "Success Steps" at Atago Shrine in Minato, where our company was founded. In the Edo period, a samurai named Magaki Heikurō is said to have ridden his horse up the steep steps to present plums to the shogun. For this feat, Shogun Tokugawa Iemitsu praised him as "Japan's foremost equestrian master," and his fame spread nationwide. This story remains a symbol of bold challenge and great leaps. We, too, will steadily and confidently place each footstep as we climb—together with our clients, partners, and local communities, and all stakeholders—always aiming higher.
